Phase 1 of Eagle Creek Village consists of 100,000 square feet of retail space, 76,000 square feet of office space and 60 residential units spread amongst eight buildings. Phase 2 of Eagle Creek Village included an additional two buildings containing 114 residential units, as well as a trail.

The McCallum Road Commercial / Residential Development is a multi-phase, multi-year development. Among the early phases already completed are a 30 unit townhouse site and a new Mr. Mikes Restaurant. Construction work is ongoing on a four storey building containing 46 residential units and 5 commercial units, while work on a 6 storey building containing 70 residential units and 2 commercial units is in the design phase. Two future sites totalling 0.63 ha also remain to be developed.

Village Walk & Roberts LandingCity of Langford
Four multi-family buildings have been constructed on Hockley Avenue in the City of Langford. Phase 1 of Village Walk consisted of a building containing 25 residential units and 54 m2 of commercial space at 790 Hockley Avenue. Similarly, Phase 2 at 784 Hockley Avenue consisted of 53 residential units and 170 m2 of commercial space and Phase 3 at 778 Hockley Avenue consisted of 33 residential units. Robert’s Landing is located at 772 Hockley and consists of 20 residential units.

Midtown ParkDistrict of Saanich
Midtown Park is a five storey 43 unit condominium building, located at the corner of Cloverdale Avenue and Inverness Road, adjacent to Rutledge Park in the District of Saanich. The condominium was the first in the District to be constructed under the new allowance within the building code for six storey wood frame structures and was awarded the 2014 Excellence Award by the Victoria Real Estate Board. The building included several green initiatives including a geothermal system, light pollution reduction, and erosion and sediment control during construction.
