Jenelle Boutin

Jenelle Boutin is an Engineer in Training with Westbrook Consulting.
Jenelle graduated from the University of Victoria in 2024 with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering. During her time at UVic, Jenelle completed two work terms with Westbrook.
Jenelle's role at Westbrook consists of assisting the Engineers with technical calculations, reports, and cost estimates.
During her spare time, Jenelle enjoys crocheting, cooking, and exploring Vancouver Island.
