Jesse Holwerda
Designer
Jesse obtained a Batchelor of Arts Degree in English and History from the University of Victoria in 2022. In 2023, he received a Certificate in Design Thinking from IDEO U. He then obtained a diploma in Civil Engineering Technology from Camosun College in 2025. Jesse has also received a Certification in Professional Asset Management from the Institute of Public Works Engineering Australia in 2025.
From 2022-2023, Jesse worked for the Department of Citizen Service for the Province of BC in communications and design before going back to school. He then received the role of Asset Management Technologist at McElhanney Ltd. in 2025 where he remained for a year before joining Westbrook Consulting Ltd. in 2026.
Jesse is working as a Trainee as he gains hours to be certified as a Engineering Technologist by ASTTBC. He predominantly works on record drawings and figures in Civil 3D.
Outside of work, Jesse enjoys hiking, reading at the beach, and walking his dog.
